Office Hack Part One
So I finally got tired of all the cables behind my monitor and desk collecting dust and I decided to do something about it. After seeing a few articles on Lifehacker regarding sweet office setups I decided it was my turn to begin to transform my office into the ultimate workstation. Cable management was top priority on hacking my office part one. I was lucky enough to have this kitchen cabinet left over from a house reno a year ago. After drilling a few holes to allow cables through and zip tying a few power strips onto the back I was set. I plan to add a USB hub to allow more peripherals to be hooked up, however, right now I have 3 Firewire HDs, a Blue Snowball mic and an extra USB for hooking up cameras, etc. The large stainless steel handle also made a great spot to hang my headphones.
